Lead the establishment and maintenance of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949), including internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits.
Oversee resolution of major quality issues using structured methodologies (8D, 5-Why) to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage supplier quality performance, including audits and evaluations of local and regional suppliers.
Collaborate with R&D and Engineering during New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
Lead and develop the Quality team (QE, QC, Testing), driving performance through KPIs aligned with global standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality-related field.
6+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, with leadership experience.
Background in consumer electronics or power supply-related manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Six Sigma).
Familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with Tier-1 global clients is preferred.
