We are currently representing a fast-growing multinational financial services company to hire a Country Leader to spearhead its Vietnam operations.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, building strong local partnerships, and leading overall market expansion in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee overall business operations in Vietnam, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Drive business development initiatives, including expansion of key client networks and supply chain finance solutions.
- Own and manage full P&L responsibility, including annual planning, revenue targets, and performance delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Optimize business operations, including process improvement and digital platform adoption.
- Strengthen collaboration with regional/global teams to support international growth initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local leadership team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in supply chain finance, factoring, or related financial solutions.
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Solid understanding of financial services operations and digital platforms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to grow and scale operations in emerging markets.
- Professional English proficiency; additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin) are a plus.
